According to reports, Kapil promised him to promote his upcoming Bollywood movie on his show but suddenly he refuses to promote Sunil's Coffee With D. Earlier, Kapil allow five minutes for film's promotion but now according to Coffee With D team, they were not invited on the show at all.

Rumour is that all is not well between Comedian and Actor Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover. But Sunil Grover breaks his silence on that controversy. He said, "Yes, I will not promote my film on Kapil's Show and this decision is taken by the film team and I totally stand by it. Kapil Sharma is not involved in this decision. He never said me 'no' and all is well between us.

Coffee With D is an Indian Bollywood movie and it Written and directed by Vishal Mishra and produced by Vinod Ramani under the banner of Apex Entertainment. Sunil Grover plays a lead role in the movie. He will appear in the role of Arnab, who is a journalist. Anjana Sukhani and Dipannita Sharma are also part of this movie. Coffee With D film will release on 6 January 2017.
